Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Oversight:
    • Supervise and manage day-to-day administrative operations.
    • Oversee office budget, expenses, and procurement of office supplies.
    • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Human Resources Support:
    • Assist in HR functions such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating HR-related activities.
    • Support management in employee engagement initiatives and HR-related projects.
  • Facility Management:
    • Coordinate and oversee office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and security protocols.
    • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services.
