Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure optimal performance and a cohesive team environment.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service and quality standards.
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food and labor costs to meet budgetary goals.
