Receive complete and accurate messages.
Schedule future patient appointments using HER and scheduling GUII.
Book and reschedule appointments.
File and ensure medical records security and conduct specialized functions and projects.
Conduct clerical and support duties by Office Manager, Medical Director and Health Director.
Support staff with tasks.
Gather co-pays and balances by office policies.
Gain awareness and apply payments to balances.
Disseminate incoming mail using established timelines and accuracy.
Open and close procedures as per office guidelines.
Manage clean and orderly waiting area like reading materials.
Follow HIPAA guidelines.
Manage programs working knowledge offered by Health and Wellness Center.
Attend staff meetings.

Work experience in a related field required.
