  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments by handling correspondence, preparing reports, and managing databases.
  • Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and filing systems, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication within the organization, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Financial Tasks: Assist in basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and managing petty cash as required.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Support special projects or tasks as assigned by senior management or department heads.


  • Proven experience (X years) as an Administration Officer, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.

  • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Oversee payroll administration
